A Beginning - A Biblical Vision of Fatherhood

A vision of Fathering that is biblical in its focus and centered helping us find a way to emulate the kind of fathering that God the Father in all the ways he approaches us. Through the way that he Fathers us and in the visages of his spirit that he imparts on the world through the prophets, obedient Kings and Judges, Jesus, Apostle leaders, and the many that we encounter in the Bible who follow him faithfully we can gather many glimpses of what a good father ought to do.

  • Explore the concept of Anger that Burns against disobedience vs. mortal rage that is sinful and not helpful as a parenting tool
  • Explore and look to the word for approaches for Fathers throughout the parenting life cycle - Parental Relationship development before children enter the scene, Birth, Youth, Adolescence, maturity and Old Age
